Facts:

            An Oregon law was passed covering both men and women in all mill, factory or manufacturing establishments and limiting their hours of labor  if they worked over ten hours a day to accept for the three additional hours permitted not less than fifty per cent.

 

Issue:

            Whether or not the limiting of the hours of "mills, factories, and manufacturing establishments," unduly discriminate against other employers not included in the classification.

 

Held:

            No.

 

Ratio:

            The Oregon law, supra, in limiting the hours of employees in "mills, factories, and manufacturing establishments," does not unduly discriminate against their employers as compared with other employers not included in the classification.
